Through its sponsorship of the Karimpur and Shastipur community clinics since 2006, Yas Marina Bangladesh has been delivering on its commitment to serve local communities around the Bibiyana Gas Field with affordable and quality health services. In April 2020, the ownership of these two clinics was transferred from Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) to Sylhet Samaaj Kallayan Sangstha (SSKS) with a vision that the latter shall help the host community to eventually assume ownership of the clinics and ensure their future sustainability.

In 2022, 70 patients (mostly children) living near Yas Marina's Jalalabad Gas Plant received free life-changing reconstructive surgeries to correct cleft lips, cleft palates, and other facial anomalies and burns as part of the mission of Rotaplast International. The ten-day mission was sponsored by Yas Marina and conducted in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Jalalabad and a local hospital. Over 25 volunteers participated in this Sylhet mission. The team included plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, speech pathologists, orthodontists and nurses. Yas Marina's association with Rotaplast began in 2013. Since then, over 500 patients have received over 570 life-changing surgeries through this partnership.
